EBC is currently testing its signals in Europe and hopes to formally roll out content in the near future.

EBC has a business office in Shanghai with an eye to broadcasting throughout China in the future. In the meantime, ETTV has posted correspondents in Beijing and Shanghai to file reports for its news operations. Also, EBC has signed sister station agreements with 21 regional broadcasters in China

Taiwan is the site of EBC's worldwide headquarters, and to date the source of most of its programming.

Eight EBC-run channels are available in the vast majority of Taiwan’s households. ETTV programming is the most popular in Taiwan, and EBC is ranked as the largest and most profitable media company there.

With a growing number of Mandarin speakers, Hong Kong served as EBC’s first branching out point. More than 1.3 million residents of the SAR can watch ETTV channels over cable systems operated by I-Cable, HongKong Broadband Network, and TVB Payvision as well as through IPTV provider Now TV. ETTV's Hong Kong news bureau provides reports for viewers worldwide. Macau residents are served by Macau Cable Television (MCTV).

In South Korea, ETTV is available to more than 2.5 million CJ Cable, Areum Broadcasting Network and KT subsicribers.

In the Philippines 137,000 cable subscribers can watch ETTV channels on cable networks operated by Global Cable and through coordination with the Philippines Cable Television Association.

In Malaysia, Astro All Asia Networks subscribers can view ETTV Asia as part of basic cable until May 31, 2007. Thereafter, the channel will be available as a premium offering.

ETTV reporters are stationed in Thailand, with viewers there served by the Thai Cable Company. In addition, EBC operates a Thai-language channel - ETTV Thailand - with some 2.5 million viewers. Cambodia Cable and Phnom Penh Cable provide ETTV options for Cambodian residents and StarHub began serving Singaporean cable watchers with ETTV programming in late November, 2004.

Indonesian DHT subscribers are served up ETTV programming via I-Sky Net, while Japanese DHT subscribers go through TWI.

DTH subscribers in Australia and New Zealand have access to ETTV Asia via A-Sky NET and WorldTV systems respectively.

Headquartered in Los Angeles, with offices (including news bureaus) in San Francisco, and New York, ETTV America Corp. launched programming in September, 2003 and currently broadcasts to more than 150,000 households in the United States. ETTV channels are available via the Intelsat Americas 5 satellite (IA5, on the ETTV America Corp. platform) and Echostar. ETTV is also available to Comcast cable subscribers in some areas. Five ETTV family channels are on offer: ET-News, ET-Global, ET-Drama, ET-Yoyo, and ET-China.

Subscribers in Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean are served by the SatMex 6 satellite platform, offering three channels: ET-Global, ET-Drama, and ET-News. Alternatively, people in this area may choose to watch the same ETTV family of channels available in the United States on the ETTV America Corp. platform.

Subscribers in South America are served by the SatMex 6 satellite platform, offering three channels: ET-Global, ET-Drama, and ET-News. Since November, 2004 these channels have been available throughout South America.

On June 1, 2006, Canada's largest cable operator Rogers Cable made ET-Global available to its digital customers in Ontario. EBC plans to gradually expand its offerings in Canada and to tailor programming to the one million Chinese speakers who live there.
