Gary Wang served as a lawmaker in Taiwan's parliament ¡V the Legislative

Vice Chairman Chao graduated with a doctorate in Communications
from the University of Southern California. Before coming to ETTV,
Chao Yi served as the director general of Taiwan's Government Information
Office and as the CEO of Global TV. |

Rich Chou

Vice Chairman Chou has graduated with both a law degree and an MBA from National Taiwan University. He has been working with Chairman Wang for nearly two decades, beginning in 1986 as legal counsel at Chia Hsin Food and Synthetic Fiber Co., Ltd. Before becoming vice chairman in 2005, he held several posts, including serving as Eastern Home Shopping's chairman. |

After completing his M.A. in American Studies at Taiwan's Tamkang University, President Chang obtained a post-graduate diploma in Communications,
at Wales University (U.K.). He made a name for himself as a reporter and anchor at private and public Taiwanese television stations before signing on at EBC's predecessor company.
